Robert Rush in court with Letroy Guion
Guion, who was arrested Feb. 3 by Starke, Fla., police, was taken into custody after police found 357 grams of marijuana, a gun registered to Guion and $190,000 in cash in his vehicle. He was pulled over after police claimed he was not staying in his lane and a scent of marijuana was coming from the car.
"This is a very fine young man who's worked very hard to get where he is. He came up from nowhere," said attorney Robert Rush, a board certified criminal trial lawyer based in Gainesville.
